5 star packages typically start around £995 per person for 7 nights and rise with duration, hotel choice and how close to the Haram you want to be. Ramadan and school holiday departures cost more and sell out first. Send us your dates and we will quote the exact per-person price.

Yes. Every package that includes flights is sold under our ATOL licence, so the flight element of your booking is financially protected by the Civil Aviation Authority. Your ATOL certificate is issued at the point of booking — if you are ever offered a package without one, walk away.

Yes. Most bookings can be secured with a deposit and the balance spread in instalments up to a set number of weeks before departure. How far you can spread it depends on how early you book and the airline’s ticketing deadline — booking early gives you both a lower price and longer to pay.

No. Saudi Arabia no longer requires a mahram for women travelling for Umrah, at any age. Women may travel alone or with a group. If you would rather join an accompanied group departure, tell your adviser and we will place you on one.

The Umrah e-visa is usually issued within a few working days once we have your passport details and a photograph. Your passport must have at least six months’ validity from your travel date. We handle the application itself.

London Heathrow and Gatwick, Manchester, Birmingham and Glasgow are our regular departure points, flying direct or with one short connection to Jeddah or Madinah. Regional departures may carry a supplement, which we show in your quote rather than adding later.

Our 5 star Makkah hotels are within a few minutes’ walk of the Haram, and our 5 star Madinah hotels sit directly opposite the Prophet’s Mosque. 4 star hotels are typically a slightly longer walk or a complimentary shuttle ride. We confirm the exact hotel and its distance in writing before you pay anything.

For comfort, November to February gives mild weather in both cities. Ramadan carries the greatest reward and the greatest crowds, and Ramadan hotels are normally sold out by the preceding autumn — if you are considering it, enquire early rather than nearer the time.

Yes. We arrange family bookings with connecting or adjacent rooms, and organised groups from mosques and community organisations, including group leader arrangements and dedicated coaches. Tell us the group size and we will quote accordingly.

Yes — and this is where hotel distance matters most. Tell your adviser about mobility needs up front and we will recommend hotels by entrance and walking route, arrange airport assistance, and brief our ground staff before you arrive.

Amendment and cancellation terms depend on the airline and hotel rules attached to your booking, and they are set out in your booking confirmation and in our terms and conditions. Ask your adviser to explain them before you pay the deposit — a good agent tells you this before, not after.
